"This staff is incredible here. They work every day, six days a week sometimes, seven days a week sometimes, they never ask any questions, if they are needed, they do it. They work from home, they are doing things on the weekends, their doing things in the evening, fielding calls that we have to field on a regular basis, so it's almost a 24-hour job for most of them and you know what, they are here for the mission and they tell us all the time we're here because we believe in what we do, we enjoy what we do because it makes a difference and when you can make a difference, that's what it's all about."
