Teresa Giudice and Dina Manzo did not have a falling out as Joe Gorga claimed on “Real Housewives of New Jersey,” Page Six has exclusively learned.
“There is no issue at all, zero issue,” a source emphatically tells us Wednesday, calling the allegations that say otherwise “comical.”
Gorga, 43, alleged on Tuesday night’s episode that Manzo’s husband, Dave Cantin, had a business deal gone wrong with Giudice’s husband, Luis Ruelas, causing a rift between the couples.
“David [Cantin], called me because I’m friendly with David,” the real estate developer said during a confessional interview. “‘Pizza Gate’ part two … and it f–ked up another relationship in Teresa’s life.”
However, a source tells Page Six exclusively that Cantin “never” did business with Ruelas and that the two men are still very “close.”
“There is no beef,” the source says before reaffirming, “There are no issues.”
Page Six reached out to Gorga’s rep for a response who told us, “Joe can’t comment on this at the moment as the reunion is being filmed soon.”
Rumors of a feud began last summer when the public learned that Manzo, who is a longtime friend of Giudice, would not be attending her pal’s wedding to Ruelas.

However, an insider previously told us that Manzo did not want to go to the August 2022 nuptials because she did not want to appear on camera.
The former Bravolebrity starred on “RHONJ” from 2009 to 2010 and then briefly returned in 2014 before quitting the reality show for good and relocating to Los Angeles.
Our source reaffirms that Manzo enjoys living a very “low key life” with her husband and that she doesn’t want to be “anywhere near” reality TV, noting that the location of the wedding also played a role.
“If the wedding wasn’t in New Jersey, Dina would have been there,” the insider says. “Dina did not want to be filmed at a wedding in New Jersey.”
Manzo and Cantin had a traumatic experience in the Garden State when the former “Housewife”‘s ex-husband, Tommy Manzo, allegedly orchestrated a violent home invasion and attack on the couple.
Giudice and Ruelas’ rep James Leonard reaffirms that the Cantins are “notoriously private” and “very guarded.”
“Anybody that knows them knows that,” the attorney tells Page Six exclusively. “They are people that are still very much involved in Luis [and Teresa’s] life. Just because it’s not playing out on camera, doesn’t mean otherwise.”
Reps for Cantin and Manzo could not immediately be reached for comment.
