1 oz. gin
1 oz. spiced blueberry limoncello
.75 oz. lemon juice
.5 oz. simple syrup
2 dashes lemon bitters
Dehydrated pineapple
Cinnamon stick
Directions:
Shake first five ingredients and serve in a stemmed Collins glass with chipped ice. Garnish with a dehydrated pineapple and a cinnamon stick.
